One way I have been staying sane while under quarantine is by distracting myself with installing Jeep parts. One of my favorite mini mods I've upgraded recently is my stubby antenna. Saying goodbye to my old factory antenna was not sweet sorrow. Months after installing the new one, I'm still completely happy with my decision.

I installed the Bullet Antenna for my Jeep Wrangler and the reception is the same quality as my long, invasive stock antenna, but without getting in the way of tree branches on the trails or photobombing pictures. My photographer and I joke about the old antenna getting in the shots we take as we're driving. It always wanted to be the star of the show! The old antenna is front stage & center in the picture below, but from here on out, that won't be a problem anymore.

The install was super easy - only taking me a few minutes from start to finish. I love how the new antenna looks and works (see the image below to compare). I've been talking about switching to a stubby antenna for years and my only regret is not doing it sooner. If you're looking to upgrade your antenna, the Bullet Antenna is a great option.

The Bullet Antenna picks up a ton of local radio stations without any static and I haven't noticed it cut out or have reception issues. I love the low profile of the stubby antenna and the bullet design is bad ass! This mini mod gets the Make Her Mean stamp of approval.
